Post your ultimate "Bill Maher's Real Time" panel.
Who would you love to see sit on Bill's panel come next season?

Mine would be Richard Belzer, Anne Coulter and Randi Rhodes.
It would be a thing of beauty to see Randi and "the Belz" call that harpie out on her bullshit!
What a bloodbath it would be but very satisfying.

OK DU'ers Name you dream panel.

1. Steven Colbert, Katrina Vanden Heuvel, and Ron Christie, cause I
can't stand him and would like to see him taken down a peg or three.

5. My dream panel would be Cornell West, Bill Moyers and then
the "facist party doll" courtesy of Richard Belzer.

Not that it would ever happen of course. Bill Maher wouldn't have the guts to do a show with that panel.

7. Add Bradley Whitford to that as a "special guest," and it would be perfect.
He does very well on Maher's show, and he could definitely stand up to her on the religion side of things.

Awesome!

13. Katrina Vanden Heuval is one of the most hackish, awful debators I've ever seen
Atleast in spoken form. I haven't read much of her personal written journalism

Her arguments anytime I see her on tv are 95 percent bumper sticker soundbite slogan bullshit.

I also don't know if it was her idea to print the Nation in the most unappealing possible way you could think of, but it isn't helping our cause.

15. I saw her on This Week With George Stephanopolous and she dominated the program.
Cokie Roberts and George Will were left in the dust, they had no answers to her, they were more subdued to her arguments than I've ever seen before on that program. That show impressed me as to her ability to debate, she shot their B.S. down more effectively than anyone I can remember.

Regarding the Nation, I rarely read it, unless someone makes a post over here from it.

I suppose everyone has their own opinion, and this one is mine.

Peace to you Bombtrack.

17. D.L. Hughley, Thom Hartmann, Rosie
Has Coulter been on a panel lately? I know she used to be on Bill's show when it was on ABC.

She tends to go on where there are 'friendly' audiences. She stood up Hartmann's show this week.
