1. Well if it's intentional, it's terrorism.

It might not be international terrorism, but it would still be terrorism. Any abortion clinic bombed is a terrorist act. Oklahoma City was a terrorist act and if this indeed was intentional, it too would be terrorism. It doesn't always need to be at the hands of Al-Qaeda to be considered terrorism.
