1. Jim Rome, LOL
Before the days of satellite radio, I would TRY to listen to Jim Rome...Actually, when he does a serious sports topic, he's pretty good...The shows downfall would be when he reads the same sarcastic e-mails over & over & over & over again..Then he takes calls where it sounded like the caller read from a script then hangs up..There's no debate, just read your "take" then hang up...Rather annyoing overall, much prefer Howard Stern..Sports radio in general isn't that great..

But having said that, I'm glad Bill O got :bounce:

2. If only one of our teams was any good. Rome's suffering from testosterone poisoning...
or he's compensating for some, uh, er, 'inadequacy'.

6. Oh yeah, I forgot some of the
Jim Rome lingo, & man will it drive you crazy, you might leave after 5 minutes, :yoiks:

He calls his listeners "clones", "The Natty" is Cincinnati, OH..Other phrases include "that's epic", "The ATL" is Atlanta, "rack him", etc..And he loves to critic his own interviews, saying things like "that was an epic interview"...
