Juice made in USA?
Does anyone know of any juice that is made in the US from fruit grown in the US. I am scared to buy juice for my kids now because no one knows where it came from and what is in it.

1. Bottled juice?
I've always found country of origin on the bottle.

2. yes bottled
Some say USA but when I called Libby's today they said they get fruit from all over Asia. That didn't make me feel very good. I always bought Libby's because it is 100% juice.

3. I don't know what area you live in
but if there are any farmers markets you might want to purchase your produce from there, then juice your own.

Here's a link you might find useful:

5. Local farmers here make apple, grape, and pear juice.
You don't have to juice it yourself.

14. There ya go!
We have several farmers markets here, but I do have a favorite and none of those guys juice for you. It's cool, I don't have a problem juicing my own and I know all the stuff is grown locally.

4. Buy local;
Most local orchards press cider, pasteurize and freeze it, and sell it year around. If you can't get to the farm, ask the produce manager of your store to get it for you.

7. I think Tropicana is.
Edited on Fri Jul-06-07 09:08 PM by Ioo
There is a HUGE train called "the Tropicana Express" that goes from Bradington Florida, to the plant outside of NYC in NJ. I use to live in Tampa, and the plant this train came from was right outside of town...

All the fruit was from central florida....

So... for what it's worth.

11. That does not sound good at all
Sorry but it is cruel to milk soy beans, everyone knows they get chafed nipples easy.

I know, same thing with Naugas. Do you have any idea how many little baby naugas it takes to make a naugahide?

10. I bought a big juicer.
Now I quess the problem is making sure the fruit was grown here.

Lots of the berries come from South America, but I think it is best to find a local
co op or local market where you can be sure where the stuff is coming from.

I love the juicer.
