American Government Simulation
Hi everybody,

I've just joined recently and I found this site on a recruiting mission for American Government Simulation.

http://ags.freeforumhost.net/index.php?act=idx

American Government Simulation is an online game that sims our political system. You start off as a Congressman or Congresswoman. You can introduce bills, attend hearings, debate, and vote on numerous measures. As you spend more time at AGS, you will earn more prestige, which will allow you to run for the Senate, be in the President's cabinet, or one day, even run for President.

The state of the Democratic Party in this online government simulation is very, very bad. Our President just lost a recent election while the Republicans picked up 300 electoral votes. They also swept the Senate elections, which means they have a super-majority. They are now attempting to pass the flat tax, federal marriage amendment, and the "Freedom Act" which, believe it or not, is further reaching than the Patriot Act.

Please considering joining. We are in need of smart, passionate Democrats who have some time to talk and debate politics and have a little fun while doing it.

My screen name is 'levinags' at AGS and feel free to contact me about the game!

Thanks!
