They are Republicans and they're committed to our marginalization
This is campaign season. Too early, to be sure, but here it is.

As in any campaign season, lines are drawn. Many of us are busy fighting our primary wars. So are the Republics.

And all that is as it should be.

But please keep in mind. Every Republican out there is either:

Ready to leave their party, in which case they should be encouraged.

or

Committed to marginalizing every Democrat.

The nicest among them, the one you agree with the most, the one who is anti-war, the one who is pro environment ...... any one of them ...... at their core is committed to marginalizing EVERY ONE OF US.

There are NO good Republicans.

1. the ones leaving their party are
and I'm converting them, one by one--the latest vehicle to do so is SICKO followed by Dennis Kucinich's platform for health care.

3. Disagree--there ARE good Republicans. They are just few and far between.
There used to be more of them, but the neocon movement took over the party. And if they want to jump ship and come over to the "bright" side, I will welcome them with open arms.
