1. The US Supreme Court actually visited what happened in Florida

Right before the 2004 Election. The media sued the State of Florida to release the purge list before the election, for reporting and verification purposes.

The only thing the Supreme Court would do, is tell Florida that they cannot keep the purge list secret until election day. They refused to address the original wrong that had been done in the previous election or the fact that the 2000 election was a fraud. Just a slap on the wrist saying you can't cheat that way anymore, find a new way.

The logical results then would be to invalidate all the laws that Bush has pushed for and signed, a more total way to undo the damage he and his cabal have wrecked over the past 6-plus years.
