It seemed like just a few short weeks ago, Impeachment was a bad word.
Now I'm seeing it everywhere and that includes the MSM.

2. Funny...
... a lot of us were saying then "in the fullness of time", but not right now.

Few ever said it would never be a good idea, just that it would be foolish to get too far ahead of public sentiment.

We were right and we still are.

6. Logicians would say that impeachment is necessary, but not sufficient.
To me it is only an essential first step. Impeachment (and conviction) no longer suffice. I will not consider the demands of global justice satisifed until the following four conditions are satisfied:

1) Impeachment for crimes against humanity in the U.S. House of Representatives
2) Conviction for crimes against humanity in the U.S. Senate and removal from office
3) Stripping of all claims of sovereign immunity
4) Rendering under armed guard to an international war crimes tribunal for crimes against humanity in the Hague.

If Kucinich or Gravel had the gonads to campaign on that as his platform, he would win the Democratic nomination in a heart beat, imho.
