So, Firing U.S. Attorneys for Political Reasons is a MATTER OF NATIONAL SECURITY, eh? |
|
The only time the Supreme Court has allowed the use of Executive Privilege to stand has been when it was for matters of National Security (U.S. v. Nixon).
But given the stacked deck in the S.C., I'm guessing they will buy it and rule in favor of Bush. Either that or change the precedent, which they have been doing in many recent 5-4 decisions.

1. Everything the bu$h regime does is in the name of national security |
|
This makes 9/11 their enabler and therefore allows the terrorist to win. Terrorism is about instilling fear into its victims and that is all the bu$h regime has been able to sell for the last 6 years "FEAR". It is the only way they have been able to openly violate every constitutional law without the threat of prosecution.
Bin laden won.
