JUST ASKING: Executive privilege question |
|
when the proverbial feces impacted the revolving blades of the cooling device regarding the attorney firings -- didn't the loyal bushies claim the firings were based on performance and therefore no big deal, move along, nothing to see...?
now it's a question of executive privilege.... what's he hiding?
ask it now and ask it loud
WHAT'S HIDING IN THE BUSHES?

3. Yep - Repukes have been saying that * did nothing every other Pres. hasn't done |
|
Said that the President can fire employees at any time. Said * admin hasn't done anything wrong.
It's a pattern. You saw the same thing with Scooter. That Scooter didn't do anything illegal - that no one in the White House did. Pundits arguing that Plame wasn't even covert. Blah, blah, blah. Then they do all they can to keep people from testifying under oath.
These guys are guilty as hell, but they have a two-pronged strategy to deal with it. Get the talking points out to the sheeple who still belive these bozos. Get Rush, and Neil and the Faux Noise pundits to proclaim innocence and no foundation. Then claim Executive Priviledge to deal with the opposition. Then when the opposition screams either (a) go on TV and lie about how you are trying to cooperate but the evil Dems are doing everything they can to tear down our country, or (b) release information about some "new" terrra threat and divert everyone's attention.

5. What do you expect from corporate media when corporations fund this admin |
|
It's a tangled web. The corporations fund the campaigns and grease the pockets of the politians to get them to do their bidding. Then the corporate controlled media tells us all to go out and shop - spend money on things we don't need, because everything is wonderful. We have turned into a society of Pavlov's dogs.
