He's either drinking very heavily, or the stress of his dirty deeds is beginning to catch up with him.

He cannot hide his abuses forever - they will eventually show up - and I would say you can see the results in his eyes and on his face. He looks bad. Evil does that to you.

And I see no comparison to Clinton at all in what I wrote. Are you trying to say that Clinton is evil and a heavy drinker?

but I'm wondering what exactly qualifies your diagnosis. What about his face makes it look like he's been drinking?

I knew a guy who was a very heavy drinker, and I think of him often when I see photos of * or hear him speak. He slurs words, has a hard time putting thoughts together, and has many of the traits of an alcoholic.

I spoke to this guy's Alcoholics Anonymous rep a few times, and he told me what to look for to tell if my friend had been drinking. He used to get so drunk we were afraid he was going to die from alcohol poisoning. * reminds me a lot of him.

And as I said, evil takes its toll on people, and I don't think many would say Bill Clinton is/was evil, so no real comparison.

One of those standards was evil taking its toll on a person.

I'm sure * is made up before public appearances, and if he looks this bad after being professionally made up, you can imagine how bad the skin looks under all the make up. I'll bet he has those little red veins all over his face. I'll also bet he has that smell that many alcoholics have, where their skin leeches out an offensive odor.
