Joe scarborough is an asshole and his baldheaded buddy...
Scarbourough went off on Michael moore this morning because he told wolf bitzer like it is. He and his the bald headed asshole began going off on him because of his weight and all overweight people. He said Michael Moore has no right to preach about health care because he is overweight. Michael can lose the weight but Scarborough can't lose the ugly.

16. We had a Judge here in Oklahoma who used to play with his
"baldheaded buddy" during trials.

Wonder if ole Joey does the same.

Joe is a right winger, through and through. He has the look, the spin, the tone, he's got it all. Everything about him screams right winger.

Can't stand him.

8. Very stupid show this morning.
Joe is hovering in Coulter territory these days. He kept saying how dishonest "Fahrenheit 9-11" was but claimed he didn't have time to explain specifics.
He also seems to be under the (false) impression that Bush received the popular vote over Gore.
And then he kept attacking Moore for being overweight.
I guess Limbaugh gets a pass.
I'm about to give up on this as my morning show.
Joe just doesn't have depth. I think he's hoping for a Jon Stewart vibe. Instead he comes off like a snarky fifth grader who repeats what he heard on talk radio.
It's very adolescent.

he used to challenge Joe and provide some balance.
Lately, he's been Ed McMann.
And poor Mika! They stifle her. Her own father said she's a "mouse" on the show. And, he's right.
She needs to get a better gig.

29. She reported this herself, on the show
about a week ago. Joe kept pestering her about when her father was going to come on the show. She said he'd finally watched the show...and told her: "Mika, you're like a mouse on that show!". And she is. Which is a shame. She's clearly smarter than Joe.

Ending up on that show with those idiots must be TORTURE for her.

Maybe they could give her a REAL NEWS SHOW in old Scarble-Row slot.

I'd watch that IF they let her do a serious job.

36. .I always watch her face when they are discussing issues...
and as soon as she brings up a point arrogant ass scarborough talks over her and never lets her finish her point. Then the baldheaded on jumps in and if he gets to far out of line, scarborough gets angry and tries to belittles him too. Today, scarbourough was talking some junk about shucking and jiving as they were discussing something about black people. Those terms went out in the 70's. The jive turkey:rofl:

41. She also squirms and tries to look away, and even walked off at one point...
...yesterday morning.

It was only for a moment, maybe a trip to the "washroom" that she was sick of waiting for, but even doing so at all suggested a total disgust and disinterest with her co-"hosts."

Someone should save her from this hell and give her a real show, if they can even remember what something like that might look like ANYWHERE on cable-TV "news".

so keep them coming.
He continually responds to any criticism as coming from the looney left. We're ALL extremists to him. If you disagree...you're a "far left lunatic."
He has no idea what the temperature is out here.
I have no idea who MSNBC thinks will continue to watch this show.
There just isn't the level of dialogue needed to sustain an audience.
Might as well switch over to CSPAN's Washington Journal. Even your garden variety of rightwing caller comparing Bush to Christ is preferable to Joe's hackneyed babble.

23. That's what gets me
Abrams is allowing hit pieces being done on his msnbc's highest rated show by another host of a msnbc show. It kind of rips a hole in the talking point that all the networks/cable shows care about is ratings. There is obviously a political agenda.

39. MSNBC made a decision a few months ago to have more infotainment for ratings purposes
Blathering on about the dead wrestler is mostly about ratings, a lot of people eat that stuff up.

That's where, imo, msnbc shows that somethings are more important than ratings. Phil Donahue is a prime example of this. His show was one of the highest rated msnbc shows at the time that they cancelled him because Donahue was questioning the * administration during the build up to the war on Iraq. To allow an idiot like Scarborough (who only had decent ratings because he followed Olbermann) to then target Olbermann smells of the same kind of rotton stuff.

"Hey You" (music & lyrics, Madonna)

Hey You
Don’t you give up
It’s not so bad
There’s still a chance for us

Hey You
Just be yourself
Don’t be so shy
There’s reasons why it’s hard

Keep it together
You’ll make it all right
Our celebration is going on tonight
Poets and prophets … what ending would we do?
This could be good … hey you

Hey you
Open your heart
It’s not so strange
You’ve got to change … this time

Hey you
Remember this
None of it’s real … including the way you feel

Keep it together
You’ll make it all right
Our celebration is going on tonight
Poets and prophets … what ending would we do?
This could be good … hey you

Save your soul, little sister
Save your soul, little brother

Hey you
Save yourself
Don’t rely on anyone else

First, love yourself
Then, you can love someone else
Then, you can change someone else
Then, you have saved someone else

But, you must first love yourself
Then, you can love someone else
Then, you can change someone else
If you can change someone else
Then, you have saved someone else
But, you must first …

Hey you
There on the fence
You’ve got a choice
One day … it will make sense

Hey you
First, love yourself
And, if you can’t
Try to love someone else

Keep it together
You’ll make it all right
Our celebration is going on tonight
Poets and prophets … what ending would we do?
This could be good … hey you

First, love yourself
Then, you can love someone else
Then, you can change someone else
Then, you have saved someone else

But, you must first love yourself
Then, you can love someone else
Then, you can change someone else
If you can change someone else
Then, you have saved someone else
But, you must first…

John Ridley
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

John Ridley is an American film director, actor, and writer.

Ridley got his start as a stand-up comedian. He eventually was hired as a writer for sitcoms such as The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air and Martin. He began to concentrate on writing and wrote his first novel Stray Dogs which became the basis the 1997 film U-Turn, directed by Oliver Stone. Ridley also provided the original script for the film Three Kings, starring George Clooney, Mark Wahlberg and Ice Cube. But his script was changed so much by director David O. Russell that he only received a credit for the original story. He also tried his hand at directing with the film Cold Around the Heart.

He is one of the creators of Urban Entertainment, showcasing short films and animation from minority filmmakers, including his own works: the animated cartoons Undercover Brother (the basis for the film starring comedian Eddie Griffin) and Those Who Walk in Darkness, featuring the voice of rapper Lil' Kim — which itself was the basis of a novel of the same name written by Ridley.

Ridley is a regular panelist on the MSNBC daily morning show Morning Joe, and an occasional guest on the network's nightly program Scarborough Country. He hosted the short-lived Movie Club With John Ridley on American Movie Classics and has written The Authority and The American Way for DC Comics. He has recently become a regular guest commentator on American Public Media's Weekend America in a segment called "Good News, Bad News, No News" which reviews the week's news. He co-produced the film Bobby. He wrote the play Ten Thousand Years about kamikaze pilots in World War II. On the weekend of August 19, 2006, John co-hosted the syndicated program Ebert & Roeper while film critic Roger Ebert was on medical leave.

he went off on a long-winded rant scolding GORE last Thursday, 2 days before Live Earth, saying that GORE needed to abandon the event he has been working on for years in order to stay with young GORE, that if GORE showed up at any of the concerts he would be losing all moral authority he might have.

He and SCARBOROUGH engage in the most MINDLESS drivel and talk over each other. He basically rambles, full of himself and *is* an a-hole.

in which he referred to Newsweek as a LIBERAL magazine?

you wouldn't believe all the comments that bought into his ridiculous 'reasoning'

some posters weren't buying, but anyone who premises their argument on the idea that Newsweek is somehow liberal.....what does it say about that person's credibility

he has none, and is as pompous and self reverential as they come

and then there's the fundamental dishonesty

what a surprise
