One thing that puzzles me .
The bush admin built up false intel and attacked Iraq and sold the people on this lie . They installed a puppet government and now after over 4 years of this killing they talk about pulling out the troops .

I am ok and agree with pulling out the troops but what puzzles me is suddenly it is up the the Iraqis to fix this mess . Well they did not have this mess until we came along and forced it on them .

So how can the dems all seem to push this off as an Iraqi problem ?

We went in there with shock and awe and then went in and continue to blow their country to bits , what are the people in Iraq supposed to do now ?

We are the cause yet they have to fix the problem . We all know it's all for the oil and chaos and power to control the ME . Not only have we blown their people to bits and their cities but we have spread depleted uranium all over their land in the process .

1. If your 5 yr old ripped the wiring harness out of your car...
would you insist he put it back in? Or would you rather do it yourself?

2.  That's not really my point
I don't feel this is quite the same thing . I know the Iraqis want us out but to blow the hell out of them then tell them you fix it without our help unless you meet our requirements is a bit insane . It's all our way or nothing , let them make the choice and then send them the money and supplies then maybe they will pull it off .

6. They'll be no happy ending to this mess.....
we've made in Iraq. The reverberations will be felt for decades. It really is almost unbearably sad.

7. The problem is
We CANNOT fix it.
What we OWE the Iraqis is to pay billions in reparations for what we did to their country and leave and let THEM fix it.

8. I think they've made it clear they have had about all the help they can stand.
If I run over my neighbors dog with my truck, he doesn't want my help. I'm not a vet. I'm just an asshole with a truck. His dog needs the proper care to survive. This cost money. Since I am at fault, I will be picking up the check.
