Michael Moore wins Algae Award

Congratulations are in order to Michael Moore for receiving the prestigious Algae Award for his stellar smackdown of CNN and the Wolfman.

1. Poor wOlfie was chewing on his beard. Very entertaining stuff. They

really should have Moore on more often - it would probably help ratings. And if they really are an entertainment business as wOlfie said, well then Moore is the ticket.

2. I just loved it when

after the initial shitstorm calmed a little and Moore was talking a little more calmly, when he said something about CNN not covering the war and said "did I mention that?" To his credit, blitzer, who was generally pretty much just rocked back on his heels, did respond with a lighthearted comment - forget exact words, but something like "yes, I think you did"

The whole thing was priceless. I've watched it several times now. Saw it "for real" last night without any advance warning of what was about to erupt. What a hoot. And we thought the Big Dog was tough on Chris Matthews!
