BUSH HAS DECIDED. "Stay the course." Will veto Iraq troop withdrawal.
WASHINGTON - President Bush threatened to veto legislation setting a date for a troop withdrawal from Iraq on Tuesday despite growing bipartisan calls in Congress for an end to U.S. participation in the war and sharp criticism of the Iraqi government.

4. 22 VULNERABLE GOP SEATS are up for grabs in 08
Those Senators need to be told they'll be rewarded if they take the proper course on Iraq, and punished with a boot up their ass if they don't.

I've been shopping this point for some time. It's time to start pestering those guys.

With those 22, and we don't even need all of them, we can override a veto, and give Monkey a hearty, Cheneyesque Go Fuck Yourself!!!

Congress should do nothing.
Instead of sending Busholini any Funding Bill they should send him nothing. Some think that Congress is good at doing nothing. This time it would be the best thing.

12. that's the only real option left
Basically the Dems can shut the Government down. The problem with this approach is that it generally back fires on Congress, but in this case...

11. He's double-dog daring Congress to do something
Congress should pinky-swear that they won't be spooked.

And if that fails, they should step on a crack to break his momma's back.
