How many health care-related bankruptcies are there in Canada, |

or the UK, or France? And on the other hand, how many are there in the US?
I'm a little surprised this isn't more of a talking point. Michael Moore estimates 18,000 deaths per year due to a lack of health insurance. But a lot up people just end up financially crippled.
