Something big will happen before September?

It seems the general is an honest man and he will likely come back in September with a report saying Iraq is a shambles.

Is anyone worried that something BIG will happen before that, to take our minds off of it?

9. There won't be an attack.

The report will come out as planned, it will say that Iraq is in shambles and that the surge isn't working (as expected), and then two days later the government will cite "specific and credible evidence" that a major terrorist strike could be on its way sometime in the next month. It will be an excuse to raise the color-coded security threat another color, and it will sufficiently distract the MSM from the whole Iraq-Is-In-Shambles-And-The-Surge-Isn't-Working thing.
