WTF WTF WTF????? Are we supposed to accept Fielding's letter as the law in this case? legal excuse for her not testifying fully regardless. Bush would have to get a court order to keep her from testifying openly, letter or not. Why don't the Senators hit her with that information and knock the wind out of her 'Mr. Fielding's letter' arguement?
