from wayback.. Search by committee and you get PHONE NUMBERS..click on the "contact" senator so-and-so http://web.archive.org/web/19981205124656/www.senate.gov/committee/judiciary.html

It's not a list, but it has numbers they used in 1999..

don't change when a new senator comes in, that way people can still contact their senator without having to learn a new number. None of those office numbers are at all connected to the two unknown numbers.

It is probably their contact line which in all likelihood is not the line they would call for services on.
