What if he came on national TV/radio and said he had a list of names compiled from his investigation, but he was waiting for those public figures to come forward voluntarily and admit their "indiscretions" (ala Vitter) before he released them. What do you do if you're a "family-values" neo-con and suspected you were on the list? Do you wait and see if Flynt has the goods on you, or do you "confess?" What if you don't say anything and Flynt exposes you (you'd be a bigger "party of personal responsibility" hypocrite than if you admitted your wrongdoing in the first place), or you admit your "mistake" only to find out your name wasn't on his list.

HAHAHA!, the result would be delicious either way! :D
