But it sounds like you need to talk to a real person, face to face. While there are many kind and helpful people here on DU, it's not the same as getting feed back from someone you know you can trust. Do you have a minister or other spiritual adviser? They're required to keep what you say confidential, if your fear saying something that would cause hurt to you or your family.

Whatever's bothering you sounds really, really serious. I don't think you should have to go through it alone.
