Figure out who the 1000 worst terrorists in the world are. Hire 72,000 virgins to have sex with them. Surely that would cost less than the war in Iraq.

1. Where would we find 215 virgins to service rove, bush & cheney?

2. What would the corruption factor be by the selection committee

...hired to find the virgins? I'm guessing 99% so you would have to find 7,200,000 virgins to begin with and then how could you trust that the 72,000 that the committee would finally present are what they claim they are?

As for Rove, Bush and Cheney a virgin is any gal who can keep her knees together throughout sex.
