WHile a procedure exists whereby a person charged with contempt of congress can be arrested and tried by the congress, it hasn't been used in over 70 years and isn't going to be used here. Rather, the Judiciary Committee will report a conempt citation to the House and if the House passes the contempt citation resolution, the matter will be referred to the US Attorney for the District of COlumbia for the commencement of a grand jury proceeding.
