a boatload of faxes, most of which we'll have to redact, to really arrive at this decision though as well as establishing the all important quorum on the meetings on the polls about the forums.

We could always outsource much of this to private contractors who are our cronies though.

OMG we are the government. I haven't felt this well represented in years. Phew.
