besides the fact that his murders were so brutal - he was sentenced to death by a judge NOT a jury and he eschewed every appeal he possible could, he wanted to die.

I have a problem with the gvt helping them. All he had to do was go out into the yard with a bunch of fellow prisoners and I'm sure he could have gotten himself killed there also, but that would get others in more trouble.
