Why is this so hard to understand? If the majority party in the Congress believes that the Government is being mismanaged then quit funding that mismanagement. Cut off the money. Bring rogue Government to a screeching halt.

I was hoping that was the strategy after Bush vetoed the first bill with the time-table, that the House would simply say "Ok, screw you, we're going to sit on this until the cash runs out you lying bastard". Then pass a bill authorizing funds for withdrawal.
