Iran AGREES to new inspections and safeguards!!
Please note! They are not refusing to let inspectors in.. They are not hiding activities. .
Someone let me know if they hear more than 1 sound bite about this ANYTIME, anywhere on either the Networks or the Cable 24/7's...

It isn't getting the coverage it deserves, and 2 or 3 years after we invade Iran some goddamn Repug will be claiming that Iran "stonewalled, and refused to let inspectors in". . etc etc etc

Too late.

UN hails Iran nuclear agreement

13 July 2007

The UN's International Atomic Energy Agency says it has reached a deal with Iran to allow new inspections and safeguards at key nuclear facilities.

Tehran will allow inspectors into Arak heavy water plant and agree safeguards at its Natanz uranium enrichment plant, the UN nuclear watchdog said.

The agency's deputy director described the deal as a framework for resolving a range of nuclear issues with Iran.

Dear Almighty, help us remove the tyrannical monsters from our government, so peace may prevail.

US sends third carrier to Gulf

10 July 2007

The US aircraft carrier Enterprise has been deployed to a strategic area that includes waters close to Iran.

The warship joins two carriers already in the Fifth Fleet area of operations and strengthens the US Navy's biggest presence in the Gulf since the first Iraq invasion.

.....

In May, a flotilla of US warships sailed through the narrowest point in the Gulf to hold exercises off Iran's coast in a major show of force.

Tension over Tehran's nuclear ambitions has raised regional fears of a military confrontation, although one Navy spokeswoman insists Iran is not a specific target.

7. Bush after the bombing starts: "I didn't recall any information about Iranian concessions."
And then he'll say, "Now watch this drive."

15. Too bad it's not about the nukes anymore. Now it's "genocide" and "killing our troops in Iraq"
See H. CON. RES. 21

and Lieberman Leads Way In Warning To Iran

It doesn't matter WHAT Iran actually does or doesn't do, the bogus charges against them will continue to pile up -- thanks to the constant drumbeat of anti-Iran propaganda in our corporate media, the Israel Lobby, and our idiot warmongering politicians.

23. Of course it's not in our media. They don't want you to know this.
Therefore they could say Iran is dangerous, etc. and bomb them. And Americans would believe it, despite this article.

And we have a free press?
