Remember the bi-partisan Gang of 14 who got the Dems to agree not to filibuster anything the GOP did?

New bi-partisan Gang of 13 wants to amend the military funding bill to continue the SURGE indefinitely. Or somesuch thing.

Those include a redeployment of troops — from combat status to trainers of Iraqi forces — but without binding timetables....
