A 'surge of facts'

Look out, everyone, the White House has a new catch-phrase. "Stay the course" didn't work out too well, and "they stand up, we stand down" was a policy flop, but now the vaunted White House communications team has a new one.

"The interim report is the beginning of a new kind of surge and it's a surge of facts, because what's happened with a lot of the war in Iraq, as you know, Rush, is that people get pictures of dead bodies, but they don't get any sense of what's actually going on on the ground," Tony Snow told Rush Limbaugh yesterday, adding, "e need a surge in facts."

Snow then hosted a conference call with conservative bloggers.

"We need a surge of facts. That's one of the things we're going to be working on. I'm going to be doing it from the podium."

Snow says he's going to put up slides, video, and audio on new screens behind him during the daily press briefing. "We're not gonna spin, but we're going to provide real hard data."

I can't believe Jon Stewart and Stephen Colbert are off this week. Some of this material just writes itself.

2. We need to make it completely illegal for public relations people

....and marketing professionals to have anything whatsoever to do with the government. They are noting but propaganda specialists who lie, deceive, distort and manipulate communication. When Tony Snow walks out on that podium during White House press propaganda sessions you can read this man's body language and know immediately he is a liar, a deceiver and just plan evil. It is very apparent from the forward curvature of his spine and hunched over shoulders and the slick $200.00 haircut, his $125.00 manicure, the slit smile and thin blue lips. Reporters and the public should either flip everything that comes from Snow's corrupted mouth 180 degrees or just ignore what he says totally.

Absolutely nothing that comes from this White House in the form of communication, press releases, press conferences, or written speeches contain any information which cane be taken at face value or relied upon as being the truth. It is ALL misinformation and our country should operate on that premise. All of the Bush people will tell you what to think, how to interpret events and facts, deny facts and squeeze out the most distorted meanings for ever word, phrase and sentence that is produced from into their domain. This White House lies, totally, completely and always, even when they are uttering truths, it is done in a way that makes it a lie.
