This Iraq "report card" was authored by the National Security Council, hardly a disinterested 3rd party.By design, it was a completely split decision that no conclusion could be drawn from, some good & some bad. Knowing the track record of bush this was par, this little cynical jab was classic & predictable.
He isn't fooling anybody, the hole continues to get deeper in spite of his stupid game of Texas Hold'em.
