3. I think I read here on DU last month that one of the indictments

against him was dropped. As far as I know his scumbag lawyers are still trying to get him off completely.

Funny how all the talk of Abramhoff spilling his guts to the Feds has just disappeared into "thin air"...

Delay is one pissant I'd love to see get convicted and sent to prison.

4. Just playing the waiting game..and eventually he will be exonerated

The whole thing will be morphed into a "partisan witch hunt", and poor ole Tommy will sue for damages and win..

Right now the plan is for us to just forget about it all..and a few years down the line no one will even remember what he did..

5. Yes, he's become a media darling and appears on numerous

cable "news" programs as an "expert" whose opinions these hosts seem to want. I think in the end he will be found not guilty (not because he is) and will return to politics and probably run for his old house seat again and quite possibly win. It's, overall, a pretty conservative seat.
