Winning the "Surge" means splitting Iraq open for foreign control
Edited on Sat Jul-14-07 10:32 AM by ck4829
"- Equitable distribution of oil revenues. Unsatisfactory. The Iraqi Government failed to meet self-imposed May 31 deadline for submitting the framework hydrocarbons law to the Council of Representatives."

(This hydrocarbon law allows for foreign corporations to control the oil of Iraq)

"- Establish political, media, economic and services committee in support of Baghdad security plan. Satisfactory."

(We have a word for this, it's called Propaganda)

If the escalation and these 'benchmarks' pass, Iraq may as well change it's name to ExxonMobilstan.
