Ron Paul's statements need to be circulated quickly!
It was reported that Rep. Ron Paul said some rather interesting remarks regarding The Bushits and what they could do to insure a reason for attack on Iran.He said they are planning to stage an attack. I've always thought 9/11 was an inside job-so this isn't a stretch. Ron Paul has been right about a lot, even if he is a pro-lifer, etc. He seems to be calling a spade a spade.. I hope other congress critters come forth with what they may know to be the same kind of inside info.

Terra! Terra! "Gut feelings" , blah,blah,blah- Neocons we are on to you!

CONGRESSFOLKS: DO YOUR DUTY AND COME FORTH TO INDICT AND/OR IMPEACH THESE BFEE WAR CRIMINALS b4 it's way too late!

What the hell is it going to take?

3. All Republican Presidential Candidates are idiots
but Ron Paul is the least idiotic of the lot. He has been dead right about a lot of things including the Iraqi invasion and also Afghanistan. Check it out.

6. Yes, Ron Paul's statements do need to be circulated quickly!
Especially this one: "If you have ever been robbed by a black teen-aged male, you know how unbelievably fleet-footed they can be."

More here, if you can hold your lunch down while reading it.

It is ALWAYS the topic. And I'm going to post a link to his bigotry in every "Hey, let's fellate Ron Paul, because he's not QUITE as offensive as the rest of the Repugnicans" thread I see. He's a scumbag, and he needs to be called out for it every time.

29. Paul could never be scary than the Neocons. Other than
his racist views he indeed has something to offer. Don't worry he'll never have any power, He can't fool most folks like the way the Neocons can.

I've noticed it been very hot in Phoenix this summer. I lived in Tucson for twenty years or so. Still a big U of A Wildcat and Phoenix Sun fan. I hate the Spurs.

19. And he is not more racist
than a lot of other Republicans. What about that idiot who said the Black kids in Katrina must be really enjoying themselves. Not to mention Bush's mother's famous words of sympathy for the fortunate refugees who got to stay in Texas. Yup, I know she was only a president's wife and a pretzledent's mother. But she's at least as bad as Ron Paul.

24. Yeah, that apple didn't fall too far from the tree
But again, just because he's only slightly less scummy than the rest of the Repugnican pack doesn't make him a good guy, as the original poster implied. He's a bigot, and a a racist, and he's no different than any other Repugnican. And, like the rest of his breed, he deserves nothing here but scorn.

Ron Paul notwithstanding, anyone who doesn't think this administration would sink to attacking our own people in order to advance their agenda hasn't been paying attention for the last six years.

15. Libertarians are prone to government conspiracy theories, imo.
It comes with the territory. They don't like/trust/support any federal structure, it seems. Oh, except the highway department, I guess. Eh. I take his warnings with a grain of salt, all sarcasm aside.

The MIHOP/LIHOP crowd there fits that definition to a T (prone to government conspiracy theories) pretty darn well, and very few of them could be called Libertarian.

38. No, but
as a democratic voter who has read a little on Henry David Thoreau, I can't see where a bit of perspective could hurt.

Knowledge is not a bad thing, and knowledge of which you speak is even better.

In less partisan times, you would have found his writing to be a normal part of American classical literature. Now people with no mind to such things ridicule them, I suppose for lack of anything better to do, such as yourself.

But in case I am wrong, and you have enveloped all the works of HDT and have produced a thesis on his work, let me be first to welcome such to this forum.

PM me with it if you are too shy to share it the public in general.

18. Are we becoming 'them"?

Sometimes I think 'we' are becoming what we hate most about the sheeple. It's like walking on eggshells around here. There is to be no discussion! We must walk lockstep and never say anything that isn't a criticism of anybody on the other side. To do so must mean we are promoting the rethugs. Good grief!

35. OK. But at the same time,
circulate his remarks about African-Americans, and his denial of a seperation between church and state.

(Oh, and make sure you send Bill Maher a copy. He's called Paul his "new hero" a bit too often and his fans are following him. That concerns me.)

39. I don't think it's promoting him to discuss his statements.
That said, where does he get this "inside info" from? Is he on the House Intelligence Committee or something? He's an enemy to the neocons, which is helpful, but I still take him with a grain of salt--he's not that credible on a whole range of other issues, IMO.

41. What a spew of bull shit,
Edited on Sun Jul-15-07 12:15 AM by DiktatrW
as one of the few who respects Dr Paul for his stance against the main stream of Republican Neo con PNAC overlords, Who do you actually think you support by throwing red meat to this board?

He stands no chance to win, and has been ostracized from his own party in an identical way as has been Gravel. The machine does not want them.

The machine depends on such linking of outrageous reports to marginalize the candidates they can not process.

This is why Dennis Kucinich is not a viable candidate on our side, someone with the balls to stand up and change the whole debate, instead of a false win that leaves us all wondering how we won the White House, but lost our nation.
