Homeland Security Helicopter intimidating/spying on "Live Free or Die" concert goers

Paul from the band Poker Face, playing at the "Live Free or Die" concert in New Hampshire reported a helicopter flying low over the crowd.

The registration number, as reported to use, shows that the chopper belongs to the Department of Homeland Security.
