No way anyone in his right mind would place them on the first row together. If you remember, Barbara wore white (if I remember correctly) to Ronald Reagan's funeral. OK - I looked it up. It was a very light gray suit. And she wore her signature pearls and a very expensive gold bracelet. A bit decked out for a solemn occasion, no? In contrast, Nancy's pure white suit for Lady Bird's funeral seems appropriate.
