U.S. troops can leave 'anytime,' Iraqi P.M. says
Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki shrugged off U.S. doubts of his government's military and political progress Saturday, saying Iraqi forces are capable and American troops can leave "anytime they want."
The time is very close . . .

6. Hmmm, how will the Boy King respond to this? |
|
It will be very hard for Pissypants to spin this. But I know he'll give it his best shot (of Jack Daniels).

8. He'll call up Al-Maliki personally and offer him some ... |
|
... type of payola to "elaborate more on what he actually meant to say." Bush will be willing to give him a lot of American tax money to shut him up, I think. No way can Bush politically afford to withdraw the troops now. If Bush withdraws the troops, he will have failed, and the GOP will be keelhauled by the voters in 2008. Bush needs to keep spending American lives and tax dollars until 2008 to preserve the fiction that there is an as-yet-unknown outcome to his war presidenting disaster.

this on Monday, and Snow will say that Al-Maliki was either mis-quoted or the statement was taken out of context. :grr:

9. Lucky for al-Maliki that Bush DOESN'T want to leave |
|
He knows perfectly well the Iraq government wouldn't survive withdrawal. If he REALLY wanted Bush to leave, he would have said, "Get out."

12. They can't leave now!?!?!?! |
|
Are you kidding me? Al Qaida who is about to attack us will decide against attacking us so they can move their ever expanding operations to Iraq. Bush and company still have to plan an attack on American soil so all the Rethuglican's can rally around BushCo in hoped to win in 2008.
They still need the boogie man to come out of his cave, they still need to make money off of their war!

Has Iraq signed their oil over to bush's puppeteers yet? Even if they did, exactly who is gonna protect it for those puppeteers? These details have yet to be fully hashed out and so until then more death and chaos and gnashing of teeth while the great deciever vetoes anything which gets between that oil and his masters. There is still Iran's oil to be dealt with also. The oil gang ain't about to leave without securing that as well. Then there is all that oil in Venezuala...you can bet the next act of "terrorism" against us will come from that Chavez guy. We will get to bring them Democracy too! I think we should leave that nasty oil stuff alone...it makes folks act crazy and do insane things.
