This handout image provided on Sunday, July 15, by IntelCenter shows a video frame broadcast by Al Qaeda featuring Osama Bin Laden. Osama bin Laden is the leader of the Al Qaeda Islamic network, which is widely considered to be responsible for the September 11, 2001 attacks on the United States and and the July 7, 2005 suicide bombings on London's public transport network.
