Why haven't the two culprits of the "London Bomb Plot" not yet been charged??

shows that apparently the two culprits parking the two cars in London haven't been charged yet.

So, we haven't seen any pics of these two guys, have no names and no charges.

Sorry, I don't get your explanation.
Btw here is a list of 8 suspects.
Again no word of the two car drivers in London who soöehow should be the main interest of this investigation. And give the fact that one car wasn't stolen. And CCTV cameras everyhwere it shouldn't be too difficult to get them. Moreover I haven't seen anywhere that the police is looking for this guys askin for help of the public.

British prosecutors say Ahmed is suspected of crashing a Jeep Cherokee loaded with gas canisters and gasoline into the Glasgow airport June 30 — a day after police found two unexploded car bombs in London. Ahmed set himself on fire after crashing into the airport. No one else was badly injured.

His alleged accomplice in the Jeep, Bilal Abdullah, is a 27-year-old doctor born in Britain and raised in Iraq. They are alleged to have carried out the attempted bombings in London before returning to Scotland — where Abdullah worked — and attacking the airport.

You don't know that "one car wasn't stolen" - you're just assuming that. No-one else has ever said that.

As your link in the OP says, a mobile phone SIM card is thought to have been given to Kafeel Ahmed - still in hospital with critical burns, after the Glasgow incident. No phones were involved in the Glasgow incident; that refers to his involvement with the London cars.
