6. NYT said that in effect. And Glen Greenwald has been good on the 4/5 transition. |

11. True, but it hasn't really spread to the rest of the media. |
|
They all know they screwed up. There seems to be an unspoken knowledge about it. They're pretty tight-lipped about their guilt.
Hopefully they have learned their lesson and will be a little more mindful in the future? God help us if step 5/step 6 happen.

8. The Times has published quite a few "Golly, we just didn't know" articles and eds. |
|
They just hide them.
I read the NYT every day and they actually have published articles defending their people by saying that they just went with what they had.
But even we relatively unsophisticated here knew it was bullshit.
But when Rove has pictures of your daughter or grandson on her/his knees in an alley you will print just about anything.

7. I've been reading TMW since poppy bush was the prez |

when you could only find it in alternative freebie weekly newspapers.
And it's never lost its edge.
The thing I like about Mr Tomorrow is that he doesn't suffer fools gladly no matter which side of the political aisle they represent.
He trashed Clinton unmercifully for his spinelessness.

14. ALso don't you almost always feel that |
|
I knew all that - I could have done that one!
Tom Tomorrow's briliance is that he takes what we know and puts it together in such a gloriously concise and ironic group of panels that a certain WOW factor makes you absorb it breathlessly.
He just makes it look too easy.
