Webb Vs. Graham on yesterday's Press the meat, i finally saw it last night.
Does Bush have pictures of Graham doing something? Seriously he came off as such a fool yesterday and he repeated the same talking point point about the Al-anbar province so many times Webb actually said "You've said the same thing 3 times now" and he went and said the same thing again. Graham seemed so far from reality i almost felt bad for him---Webb on the other hand stayed pretty calm and even got a shot in at Lieberman after Lieberman talked some shit about the legislation he put forward, "Joe Lieberman wants to declare war on Iran and probably Syria as well, why don't we just move all out troops to the middle-east?"

anyhow here is the transcript link.

2. I couldn't watch Graham through the whole thing
If I was in the room with the man I'd just grab his face and physically hold his mouth closed. His own perverted style of shrill AND loud really gets on my nerve.

5. you've got more staying power than me
I really, REALLY detest Graham and his voice. He reminds me of the snot-nosed kid in the schoolyard that follows groups around to rat them out if they do something wrong. Self-appointed hall monitor. :grr:

9. Perfect.
I was trying to pin that down. He whines a lot but that was not enough. Self-appointed hall monitor is it.

7. Graham was (bad word) pathetic.
No shit.

If I was sitting where Webb was, I would have been speechless.

Just to think that babbling eunuch is making critical decisions just terrifies me.

10. Bush has something on Graham
First he supports Bush's Immigration Bill and doesn't get the hint when he gets booed by his own constituents, then he goes off on this tirade on MTP. The man is a Colonel in the USAFR and a former military judge, and doesn't seem to have a problem with the violation of the US Constitution:

In September 2006 the United States Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces ruled that it was a violation of the Incompatibility Clause of the Constitution, which states that "no Person holding any Office under the United States, shall be a Member of either House during his Continuance in Office", for Graham to have been a judge on the criminal appeals court.

And he doesn't have a problem with lying either:

In February 2006, Graham joined Senator Jon Kyl in filing an amicus brief in the Hamdan v. Rumsfeld case which appears to have been an attempt to mislead the Supreme Court by presenting an “extensive colloquy” added to the Congressional record but not included in the Dec 21 debate as evidence that "Congress was aware" that the Detainee Treatment Act would strip the Supreme Court of jurisdiction to hear "pending cases, including this case" brought by the Guantanamo detainees.

Graham is nothing short of a man with a deeply hidden secret that he doesn't want to become public.

Just my theory.
