He's the war czar that * appointed anointed got elected to manage all those war thingies in Afghanistan & Iraq. Shouldn't he be checking in once in a while as the 'debate' on Iraq is taking place?

Could he be in an 'undisclosed location' with shooter? Inquiring minds want to know.

If W and the Iraqi parliament can take a little time off why not the war czar? (or is he a tsar?)
