He's basically saying, if the House votes for Impeachment, then they'll address it. He has no say over whether the House considers it.

I couldn't disagree more. Especially after watching Bill Moyer's Journal. Impeachment
is necessary. We have to rid ourselves of King George and make sure this can never happen
