If enough Repugs leave the scene, they can call for a floor vote on cloture (stopping the filibuster). If the Repugs are gone, the Dems have the cloture votes to stop the filibuster.

All they need is one senator to object to a unanimous consent motion that would bring the bill up for a vote.
