Vitter refuse to bow out honorably
U.S. senator apologizes for sex scandal

METARIE, Louisiana (Reuters) - A Republican U.S. senator who admitted to "serious sin" after he was linked last week to a Washington escort service apologized for the sex scandal on Monday, but said he will go back to work...

..."Wendy and I dealt with this personally several years ago. I confronted it in confession and marriage counseling, I believe I received forgiveness from God, I know I did from Wendy," said the 46-year-old father of four.

Can he prove it ? Did he get a receipt from the Lord ?

His wife said: "Like all marriages, ours is not perfect.

Hers damn sure isn't perfect. Not many Southern wives work to support a whorehouse.

"I forgave David. I made the decision to love him and recommit to our marriage."

Besides being a cuckold, this woman is stupid.

Republican leaders have mostly been quiet or given lukewarm support to Vitter, but there have been scattered calls for his resignation.

"If he doesn't resign, the Republican Party will lose the moral high ground," said Vincent Bruno, a member of the Louisiana Republicans state executive committee. "We have portrayed ourselves as being the moral party."

And some fools bought it.

4. The GOP's "MORALS" are Oral...they talk the talk...just like when
they talk about going to war, but then they're always too busy to go fight in them themselves.

All Blow and No GO!

5. Once a Liar and a Cheat..... always a Liar and a Cheat
Think about that Wendy.

He will Lie and Cheat as long as you are married to him. Believe me, I know. Been there, done that.

As for those in Louisiana, he will Lie and Cheat about anything and everything as long as he's still a Senator from there.

6. Wendy likes the perks that come with being a senator's wife!
Living with him gives her power, prestige and some good money!

Her whining about how mean the press has been to them (they were camped out at the Vitter's church!! The Horror!!) was particularly disgusting, and the media seemed to lap it up. :grr:

9. What really really tees me off is
the constant barrage on President Clinton about a consenual sex act. And this guy paid a prostitute for sex. And didn't we see posted some place he had a child out of wedlock.

Remember they were trying to say President Clinton had an illegimate child. Well just think, bush paid for his prostitute girl friend's abortion. Even if he did (and it was proven he didn't) he should have been praised for not paying for the woman's abortion.

They will say whatever they need to say to keep him there. Hypocrisy is a RWing value.
