Every marriage is different, and only the parties involved can decide what they can and can't live with.

For me, I would have to consider the entire dynamic of our relationship, and what role I may have played in what transpired. Honestly, I think the only two things that would cause me to automatically dump my husband would be physical violence against me or my family OR a sex crime against a child. Everything else I would have to play against the circumstances of the whole situation.

visiting a prostitute would be a tough one. It would mean that he viewed a woman as a commodity, and that's a bit different than the average garden variety affair. There would also be the sheer stupidity of it, as there's a better than average chance that a prostitute could carry a nasty STD. But, as you say, it would have to be weighed against everything else. Physical violence, extreme, ongoing emotional abuse and any child abuse are the only absolute unforgivables in my book.
