Any bets on the content?
Will those already-public snippets warning of impending doom, leaked last week from the report to cover the ass of Chertoff's gut, lose their power to frighten when read in the context of the main? Is Al Qaeda the "main enemy" in Iraq?
Will there be anything - a chapter, page, paragraph, sentence, word or telltale smudge of ink - will there be anything in this report detailing the presence of Saudi Arabian fighters in the ranks of Iraq's Sunni militias?
Might we find within this report some mention, even if only in haiku, of the Saudi-donated money that bought shoulder-fired missiles for those Sunni militias in Iraq?
Will the report lay out the exact number of American helicopters that have been blasted out of the sky since the last NIE?
Will the report likewise tally the exact number of American troops who were killed when those helicopters went down, along with the number of Americans maimed, plus the number of civilians killed and maimed by flaming chunks of helicopter crashing down into their homes and stores and streets and schools?
I'd like to see that tally.
I'd like to know, after the tally is complete, how many of those American helicopters were shot down with missiles provided to Sunni militiamen by Saudi Arabia.
How many American soldiers have been killed in Iraq by Saudi money, Saudi networks for weapons smuggling, Saudi-bought missiles fired from Saudi-bought launchers, and Saudi militiamen packing AK's. How many?
I wonder if that will be in the report. Maybe Lieberman knows. That Iran "bill" of his was brimming with reports of all the Americans killed by Iran and/or Iranian influence. Do you think Joe knows how many American soldiers have been killed by Saudi Arabia? Someone should ask him.
They're our allies, after all, those Saudis.
So...when do we bomb Iran again?
:banghead:
The NYT says the report will pop here first:

He, it could be in there. Who knows, right?
