I'm not knocking it per se, as I believe in the idea of 'to each his own thing', but I'd be curious to know exactly what acts I could picture Vitter's holier-than-thou face engaged in, especially when he appears on TV and talks about being a victim of the press.

Is it related to infantilism, where the diaper wearer wants to be treated like a baby? Just the image of the uptight Senator Vitter wearing a diaper is funny, but I'm curious as to why someone like Vitter would do that and what psychological motivation might be behind it. Does Vitter fantacize about being a child and get pampered with talcum on his butt, hoping to get his diaper changed while prostitutes hover around him saying "ga-ga-goo-goo" and praise the color of his poop, or is there more to it than that?
