White House Press Secretary Tony Snow defending the Iraqi parliament, which plans to go on vacation for the last month of the surge:

"You know, it's 130 degrees in Baghdad in August."

It was then pointed out that it is 130 degrees, also, for our soldiers in Iraq.

"You know, that's a good point."

Right. The soldiers.

How on Earth did they slip the administration's mind?
