I'm still not always so happy with him. I believe he rolled over and played dead on the funding bill. But he did sound good tonight.

5. I applaud Ohio's Democrats in the 06 election. They put in on the line
loud and clear.

I would still be shuddering if Ken Blackwell had won the gubernatorial race there.

Ken Blackwell is a frightening individual.

And Brown's doing great these days. I'm very proud of him.

I remember back when many here were mortified that he was the candidate and not Paul Hackett.

I've followed Brown for years and know that he's consistently one of the most progressive voices in the House and now the Senate.
