Among the many infuriating aspects of this is the fact that we do NEED a strong military and it sounds like it was a good choice for both of these kids. They both might have gone far.

And dammit, this precious commodity - aside from the fact that they were human beings, American citizens - just from a completely crass point of view, they were top-quality "human resources" for tomorrow's army - was frittered away sending them out to drive around in underprotected vehicles in somebody else's civil war in a vain attempt to secure yet more wealth for the most evil person ever to serve in our government, and his cronies and puppet-president.

I am haunted by the photo from a few months ago of the first West Point "class of 9/11" fatality - yet another similar story. The woman sounded like superwoman.

They are killing the country. they are killing our children. They are raping and pillaging.
